Evergreens!!

As I sit at home, I still can’t get my mind off of school.  I am so excited about our upcoming Evergreen Unit!!  My children will so excited when they return from the Thanksgiving Holidays and we get started learning about evergreens.

I can’t believe we are this far into the school year!!

 

I just got it added to TPT so others can enjoy also!!  It will make your unit so easy to teach!!   Making Memories!!

Thanksgiving Feast!

   My children worked so hard at measuring, counting and learning about how long ago compares to today in MANY ways. 

   We had a very successful feast with all of our guest.  We prepared pumpkin pie, yeast bread, butter, vegetable soup.  We even fit in pumpkin bread for them to take home for their family feast!

   What a great time for all of our families to be together.

 

 

Friendship Ceremony!!

This was the highlight of my day!  Look at the smiles on my children’s faces as their classmate says something nice about them.

I loved it!!

Insects!!!

What great time we have had with our insect and ladybug unit!!  My students were excited for every day!

This unit contains activities that go along with common core Literacy, math and science standards.  It has activities for one week of instruction on insects and one week on ladybugs.
